Breast lift or other options to remove section?

I form keloid and definitely do not want to do a lift o cut out that thin section. My ps went in and did Subcision multiple times and each time gets worse. My PS suggested I do a breast lift to remove the thick scarring caused by subincision. It seems stuck. I know it’s not capsular. Please help

Massage may help soften that breast if there is scar tissue at the area, but call your surgeon's office first to ensure that this is safe for you. Since you are still having pain and feel that your left side is firm and has not settled, I would recommend a follow-up appointment with your surgeon...

Without examining you it is difficult to be certain but based on the photos if you were to upsize your implants you would not likely need a lift. The nipples sit above the inframammary creases already and if you increased the size of the implants they'd come higher up on your chest than they are...
