2 weeks post-op. 400cc HP downsized to 325cc MPP. My implants look bigger than the first pre-op. Will they reduce? (photos)

You are very early in your recovery. You may have swelling for several more months. discuss your concerns with your surgeon. Be sure to follow all post op instructions. Good luck.

Those two implants have the same width, so what you lost was projection as they do look less projecting in the photos.You may have some swelling now given the work done and will take some time to settle down.  I would be patient and see how things look when you are about 4 months out.  You should appreciate the difference then.Hope that helps.

I understand your concern and it is quite normal to be concerned about the outcome following a breast augmentation surgery. However, you are still in the very early stages of the healing process at 2 weeks  post op.Your will need to be patient at this moment and follow what your surgeon has instructed you to do post operatively.At the early stage of the healing process, the tissues around the implants are still swollen. Once the swelling subsides and the implants drop to their final position, you will be able to see the final result of your breast augmentation surgery.

Yes, it is very likely that your breasts will return to their appearance seen on postop day one. As you know, significant swelling can be expected after revisionary breast surgery, depending on exactly what operation was performed. My best advice at this point: ongoing patience and continued close follow-up with your plastic surgeon.
