26y.o, 107 lbs, no kids. 2nd BA. 12cm width Went from 400cc HP to 325cc MPP. My implants looked great first day (pre-swell) now quite swollen, was a 32DD or 30E pre-op. I am thin and wanted a way more natural look. I had CC on both breasts so my PS had to remove them and also sewn up the sockets as my previous implants were bottoming out as I had textured gel and both sides never adhered. WORRIED ASImplants now look bigger than 1st pre-op.Will my breasts look like 1st day post op 2nd BA?

Answer: BA results Dear mojo_jojo604, I understand your concern and it is quite normal to be concerned about the outcome following a breast augmentation surgery. However, you are still in the very early stages of the healing process at 2 weeks post op.Your will need to be patient at this moment and follow what your surgeon has instructed you to do post operatively. At the early stage of the healing process, the tissues around the implants are still swollen. Once the swelling subsides and the implants drop to their final position, you will be able to see the final result of your breast augmentation surgery.
