i have a large bulge under my chin like a frog! What are my options?

Thank you for your question and for sharing your photos. There are several options for contouring the neck.Non surgical options include: 1) Kybella to dissolve the fatty tissue in the submental area 2) Cool-mini treatment from Coolsculpting to target the same area 3)
Adding a skin tightening device such as Ulthera or Profound to the neck
tissue in conjunction with the one of the above to further tighten the
skin. Surgical options include: 1) Straight liposuction which would reduce the pinchable fat under the chin2)
Anterior neck lift with liposuction which would also allow for
tightening of the platysmal muscles in the midline to allow for tighter
neck contour3) Traditional neck lift which does the same as 2) but also removes some excess skin in the neck.I
would recommend that you visit with a board certified plastic surgeon
who offers the various options above to discuss the pros/cons of each
option and help you decide which is the best for you.

If your exam confirms that you have excess fat below your chin in the upper neck you have two main choices:Liposuction (invasive) or non-invasive: #Kybella (see below link) or possible #CoolSculpt (many say not as good).

Thanks for sharing.  From what you are describing, chin liposuction and possible laser lipolysis would likely be your option for the best results.  Exercising is helpful to lose weight but neck of facial exercise won't accomplish what you are desiring.  Consult with several experienced board certified facial plastic / plastic surgeons.

The bulge beneath your chin can be addressed with weight loss.  Once you have reached your weight goal and that bulge is still present then liposuction could be beneficial to improve your contour.  

Pictures would be very helpful to give you the best advice, but you may have several options.  A chin implant can be used to make the chin more prominent and liposuction under the chin could be done at the same time to reduce the fullness in that area.  Two other options to help reduce the bulge under the chin would be Kybella or CoolSculpting.  Kybella is a series of injections that would gradually reduce the fat producing the fullness and CoolSculpting uses a cooling technology to reduce the fat.  

Unfortunately the chin bulge that appears with time is related to fat accumulation and can be treated only with either liposuction Kybella injections.RegardsDr. J

  Photographs are necessary for a more accurate recommendation. However, as you are 20 years old, I would either recommend neck liposuction or Kybella injections.  Neck liposuction  is very predictable, especially at your age.  I really do not think that a facelift would be necessary, again, at your age. Losing weight may help, but this may not benefit the fat under the chin.  The number of fat cells is constant. As one gains weight, the cells get larger. Liposuction  greatly reduces the number of cells as the fat is removed. Kybella,  A new injectable drug that melts away the fat under the chin,  is a good option as well. Judging from your description, at least two or three injection treatments would be required (maybe more).  The cost of the Kybella treatments would more than likely be more than a liposuction procedure. The Kybella  treatments are performed 4 to 6 weeks apart. Therefore, the Kybella  treatment may take three months or more for final results.  A full set of photographs are required before making any determination about what may or may not be required. When patients have significant fatty deposits in the neck above and below the platysma muscle, a neck lift procedure involves removal of both deposits of fat along with a platysma plasty. No skin removal is necessary unless patients are over 50, and then they will need a lower face and neck lift.  It is important to be at  your ideal body weight before undergoing any  elective cosmetic procedure with fat removal in the neck.
