Hi, i am a 20 yr old, 6ft, 12 stone male. I have gained weight recently (i used to be about 11 stone) but i have noticed that i've a large bulge under my chin. i only can describe it as like a frog. i have always had a small chin but the bulge drops below my chin so can be seen from the front which is very unattractive! so i am wondering if there is any way of me doing exercises to raise the bulge and tighten th skin or is there a way of raising this bulge up or lowering my chin/make it bigger?
