i gained 15 pounds over the last 12 months due to stress eating and no time for exercise. (my husband had cancer, now in remission). I am currently dieting and exercising once again. My question is should I lose the weight before I consult with plastic surgeon OR does 10-15 pounds not matter much. I dont want to waste his time. i am addressing my "fat pad" beneath chin and slight jowling. Just want to tighten up my jaw line. :)
