I'm only 14 and my parents kept saying that my face look really fat and I have round face and they said I look older. I'm trying to lose weight and Trying to thin my face down. I've tried so many different ways but I'm not sure if it is right or not. I really want to lose weight and what other things could I do to reach my goal?

I suggest you continue to live a healthy and happy life as your body and face will continue to change as you go through puberty. Keep in mind that in facial plastic surgery, we surgeons tell our patients, our family and our friends that the most important part of their experience is how they feel about themselves. While what others' say about you - especially your parents - may influence you to seek surgery, I suggest you do what makes you most comfortable in your skin. Facial plastic surgery is always an option and will remain an option once you reach 18 years old. For the time being, focus on your own needs and your own perception of your beautiful face.
