I am amotorcycle enthusiasts I ride a very large motorcycle how soon after Tummy Tuck surgery can i resume riding my motorcycle? This motorcycle is 800 lbs and i do know i will need to use my stomach muscles to lift it up and core to hold it up. Just want to have idea when i will be ready to ride.

Answer: Motorcycle that's quite the bike. I would say you would want to wait 6 weeks given the core strength required to keep the bike upright and back if up if needed.

Answer: When can I ride my motorcycle? Beautiful Bike! As you can imagine, every patient has a different experience after surgical procedures. You are correct in that the tummy tuck operation will limit your activities when it comes to lifting and “core” movement. Ultimately, your plastic surgeon will be your best guide based on how you seem to be progressing and whether or not you have had any complications. Given the weight of your motorcycle and safety considerations, it is likely that you will not be driving her for at least 3-4 months. During your recovery it will be important to increase your activity slowly and to listen to your body. Remember, safety first! Best wishes.
