You should discuss this with your surgeon. That said, it is quite unlikely that you did any damage to your nose 5 weeks after surgery especially through talking. Unless you sustained some fair amount of direct force to your nose, you should be fine. Best wishes!

At 5 weeks after your surgery, your tissues are well on the way to recovery although there will still be some swelling. It is very unlikely that you disrupted, dislodged, or compromised your nose in any way by pulling on your lip. If you notice any change in the appearance of your nose, or if you are still very concerned, schedule a follow up with your surgeon.
