Are my desired results for rhinoplasty achievable? (photos)

Hi TylahThanks for your question - whilst it is unrealistic that any surgeon can give you the exact nose that you want when showing photos of someone elses nose, it looks like your nose is not too bad to start with.  I suspect that with a tip rhinoplasty alone you could get a very nice result which replicates your expectation. Dear Realself user,Thank you for your question, I get many patients that show me pictures of the nose they desire but I always tell them they have to stay realistic and keep in mind that every skin type is different.With a picture it is helpful for the surgeon to understand what the patient wants but an experienced doctor will look at the skin type and face shape of the patient and show them what he or she can do for them.
