Are my desired results for rhinoplasty achievable? (photos)

Hi there, I’m an 18 year old female from Australia. I’ve hated my nose my whole life and have been looking to get rhinoplasty done in the next 6 months. I have attached photos of my current nose (the ones with red scribble) and photos of my desired nose (Cindy Kimberly’s nose). What I wanted to know is if this is a realistic and achievable nose for myself, and approximately how much it would cost in Australia? Thanks in advance :)

Hi TylahThanks for your question - whilst it is unrealistic that any surgeon can give you the exact nose that you want when showing photos of someone elses nose, it looks like your nose is not too bad to start with.  I suspect that with a tip rhinoplasty alone you could get a very nice result which replicates your expectation. Costs vary between about $5000 - $10000.CheersDamien

Dear Realself user,Thank you for your question, I get many patients that show me pictures of the nose they desire but I always tell them they have to stay realistic and keep in mind that every skin type is different.With a picture it is helpful for the surgeon to understand what the patient wants but an experienced doctor will look at the skin type and face shape of the patient and show them what he or she can do for them. This can be shown with a simulation.Best of luck,

The look you are trying to achieve is definitely obtainable. Please realize it might not be to the tee but a good board certified plastic surgeon can get you close if not exactly to the look your trying to achieve
