Is it possible for me to get a nose like Cindy Kimberly or Kelsey? (Photos)

Hello,It is very difficult to assess your nose with these photographs, and an in-person examination is needed anyway. However, it appears that some level of change could be had to refine your tip more to your liking. Go visit a few ABPS certified/ASAPS member surgeons (or AAFPRS equivalent) who specialize in rhinoplasty. Be careful when comparing your nose and face to celebrities.  I would recommend choosing certain "features" of a nose that you would like to see in yourself and then discussing these with a rhinoplasty specialist to see what is possible.  Different skin types allow for different noses. These are best discussed in person. Best of luck!

Thank you for your photo. It is possible to have refinements and changes to your nose to make your nose more similar to the celebrity noses, however it is impossible to give you an identical nose. You have a different underlying structure and a different skin type/thickness which will give you a different look. It will be more difficult to give you the specific definition and thin skin look as the celebrity photos you have given. Digital computer imaging of your nose upon your facial features would be more helpful to understand what can and cannot be accomplished with a rhinoplasty procedure with your current anatomy. It's impossible to give you a celebrity nose. Make appointments with three busy rhinoplasty surgeons in your local area

While it is possible to cosmetically improve the appearance of your nose with an artistically performed rhinoplasty that is in harmony with your other facial features, if you fully expect to get a nose exactly like someone else, you will be disappointed in your final result. If anyone promises that you can achieve that exact result, I would be wary. 


Keep in mind that following the advice from a surgeon on this or any other website who proposes to tell you what to do based on a limited two dimensional photo without examining you, physically feeling the tissue, assessing your desired outcome, taking a full medical history, and discussing the pros and cons of each operative procedure would not be in your best interest. I would suggest you find a plastic surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and ideally a member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) or facial plastic surgeon (otolaryngologist) that you trust and are comfortable with. You should discuss your concerns with that surgeon in person.

I find it helpful for patents to refer to celebrities or public figures to clarify their surgical goals which are difficult to articulate. I agree with your aesthetics but results will be influenced by the quality and thickness of your skin which is difficult to evaluate in this format. I suggest you consult with a rhinoplasty specialist who cn examine you and establish reasonable expectations.

Dear Helena, It is impossible to give you the exact same nose as the celebrities that you have chosen. However your nose  shape and size can be artistically altered with rhinoplasty surgery providing a very nice result that will feminize your facial aesthetics and provide a nice balanced facial aesthetic. See some surgeons who can use digital imaging to show you the proposed results taking into consideration your personal nasal anatomy and skin thickness.
