Do I have enough fat for BBL after my Tummy Tuck? (Photo)

Question

I previously had a drainless tummy tuck and breast lift done. I now want to go back for a BBL and Bodytite to my thighs. I am concern if I have enough fat to achieve the look I am going for. I'm not sure how much fat I need to transfer to each side but I was thinking I need 800-1,000 per side. If I do not have enough fat in stomach, flanks and back, can fat be taken from my thighs without making my thighs too small. I'm 5'7 and 195lbs.

Thanks for your question. From your pictures, you seem to be a good BBL candidate. The BBL includes 360 lipo, which is lipo of the upper and lower abdomen, the upper and lower back and the flanks. If you do not have enough fat in these areas, liposuction can be done in other areas such as under the chin, the arms, etc. I recommend you schedule a consult for a proper evaluation. Make sure your surgeon you choose has extensive experience with BBLs and clean credentials. Always consult with a board certified plastic surgeon. based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

If those are your photos, I feel that you do not have enough fat left for a significant BBL. The proportions in these photos of waist to buttocks are already approaching unnatural, and it would not be wise in my opinion to push it further

The in clothed photos are of no use since can not see if you have any donor fat in your trunk. Best to re post nude phots or virtual consult with... Lipo areas with ultrasound guided BBL fat injections and thigh tightening. Fee $12,000.
