If your implants were placed behind the muscle, I recommend a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage.

A lift is not indicated. I’m sure many surgeons will recommend fat injection. Just keep your expectations very modest. Usually only a little portion of the fat stays long term

my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

You do not need a lift, but can get some skin tightening with minimally invasive radiofrequency treatment like ThermiTight, and the nipple can be everted.

I'm sorry that you had a bad experience with the implants. From this photo it doesn't appear that you have very much sagging or skin excess. If the left nipple-areolar complex is slightly lower than the right a crescent mastopexy can be performed in which a small sliver of skin is removed from just above the left nipple-areolar complex to raise it and the breast up slightly. A scar release could also be performed to release the scar banding that is causing the inversion of your nipples however this may lead to the inability to breast feed from the left breast. To make up for the volume difference I would recommend some fat grafting be done to give you better symmetry. Hope this helps!

From your photos, I note a degree of breast size asymmetry and unilateral nipple inversion. I do not visualize a significant degree of sag.
You may wish to consider breast augmentation of the smaller breast utilizing your body fat instead of a breast implant....(or slightly reduce the larger breast). A nipple eversion procedure will correct the inversion.
Revisit your plastic surgeon for evaluation and discussion.
