Hello! 36 / 130lb im.am post breast implant removal . I have no desire in getting another set of implants. My desire is to get a better esthetic outcome however that may be possible. I had complications with my implants which made me loose tissue ad volume on my left side and turned my nipple inverted . I hate the way i am left to look :( I dont care for size i just want them even and my nipple back . What are my options?
Answer: Breasts You do not need a lift, but can get some skin tightening with minimally invasive radiofrequency treatment like ThermiTight, and the nipple can be everted.

Answer: 36/130lb, am I a candidate for a breast lift after implant removal? Hello @Thrifty583349 thank you for your question and showing your picture. We can develop a surgical plan that takes into account all aspects of the morphology of your breasts in order to obtain the best results in both shape and volume without the use of implants. For more information and recommendations is best to consult with one or several board certified plastic surgeons. Best wishes! Alan Gonzalez MD, FACS

Answer: Mini lift If your implants were placed behind the muscle, I recommend a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Breast implants A lift is not indicated. I’m sure many surgeons will recommend fat injection. Just keep your expectations very modest. Usually only a little portion of the fat stays long term

Answer: Breast lift Dear Thrifty583349, my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.
