Hello! 36 / 130lb im.am post breast implant removal . I have no desire in getting another set of implants. My desire is to get a better esthetic outcome however that may be possible. I had complications with my implants which made me loose tissue ad volume on my left side and turned my nipple inverted . I hate the way i am left to look :( I dont care for size i just want them even and my nipple back . What are my options?

Answer: Mini lift If your implants were placed behind the muscle, I recommend a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage.

Answer: Breast implants A lift is not indicated. I’m sure many surgeons will recommend fat injection. Just keep your expectations very modest. Usually only a little portion of the fat stays long term
