Deflated 32b/c here wanting a lift and realize I have more skin than tissue to work with.. I don’t want implants - what is the largest size I can achieve given my photos? I’m hoping for at least a B cup! Can I achieve a nice look with just a lift? And by “nice” I mean lifted, perkier yet natural, and full.. I am hoping for at least some projection… If a lift makes me an A cup, I’m not sure it’ll be worth it.. I’m 112 lbs, 5’5, three kids and just a naturally small frame.
Answer: Breasts Yes, you can have just a lift and a small reduction on the larger breast to make them even. Naturally, your breast sit somewhat low on your chest, and the bases cannot be lifted. Your breasts will never be really high and perky. That is not your anatomy. Fullness comes with implants, and tightness comes with lifts.

Answer: Deflated 32b/c - Can I get a Breast lift without implants? Hello @MD_Mom thank you for your question and showing your pictures. You can consider having a breast pexy or breast lift in which minimal scars are made in this way and with the proper technique you can recover the projection of the breast. You can also consider having a Lipo transfer to improve the volume and shape and get closer to your expectations all this previously made a surgical plan in which all aspects are taken into account. The best course of action is to consult one or several board certified plastic surgeon for more information and options tailored specifically to your needs. Best wishes! Alan Gonzalez MD FACS

Answer: Breast lift without implants From your photos you should have a very nice result from a breast lift without implants. If you are wanting more upper pole fullness you may want to consider a small implant. Visit with a board certified plastic surgeon near you to discuss how to best achieve your surgical goals.

Answer: Breast lift without implants Dear MD_Mom, my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.
