Double eyelid revision - Did forehead muscle cause asymmetry?

Hi, I did a double eyelid surgery with ptosis correction and fat removel about 80 days ago. I have eyelid asymmetry which my left inner corner is more rounded while right eye looks longer and Phoenix.My surgeon claimed that my forehead muscle cause my right eye from lifting. The another concern is my right eye front eyelash line look like something is pulling my eye. Can i know what are the possible factors cause this happen? Is it the really my forehead or technical problem cause the asymmetry?

Thank you for your question and photo.  Your epicanthal fold is slight and the risk of adverse scarring, following a epicanthoplasty, great, and there is no going back once this has happened.  Please think very, very carefully, before proceeding with surgery.
