Sometimes my eyes look so small. What can be done? (Photo)

When i take pictures with flash, my eyes look perfect .and in some wrdding functions pictures , even without flash my eyes look perfect.but when i see myself in the mirror from a good distance, my eyes look so small probably because 1: they are fairly small 2: i have a heavy under eye fold/crease which i know is natural but its almost as big as my eyes which makes my eyes look like a line How do people perceive me all the time? With big eyes or with small ugly eyes with heavy crease?
