I am 30 years old and 6 days fresh of a post op transconjunctive lower bleph. Still very early in the recovery process but I'm noticing a lot more wrinkling and crepiness under my eyes that I don't think we're there before. I just had a strict fat removal. Is it possible the elasticity in my skin will shrink?

For these reason, it is sometime reasonable to perform skin resurfacing or a skin pinch in conjunction with the transconjunctival blepharoplasty.  A day 6, I recommend that you relax and let yourself heal.  Once you are several months out from surgery you and your surgeon can consider options to address your further lower eyelid concerns.

Thank you for sharing your case.  Six days after lower blepharoplasty for fat removal is way too early to judge the appearance and final result.  As the swelling and bruising subside, you will begin to see the beautiful results to your surgery.  Make sure that your surgeon is aware of your concerns.  Good luck!
