I am 30 years old and 6 days fresh of a post op transconjunctive lower bleph. Still very early in the recovery process but I'm noticing a lot more wrinkling and crepiness under my eyes that I don't think we're there before. I just had a strict fat removal. Is it possible the elasticity in my skin will shrink?

There should not be any complications caused by the remaining sutures staying in place a few days longer (10 days versus 7 days). Your physician should be able to remove the suture material very easily. It is best to follow up closely with your surgeon.
