I attached a few pics - I want my left eyebrow to look almost identical to my right one. Is this possible with an eyebrow transplant? Has something like this been done before? How well does this procedure work? Or is there another procedure? Can this even be fixed? (referring to the pics)

Without standardized photos it is hard to evaluate your concern, I strongly advise you to seek a in-person consultation a transplant specialist. To determine if an eyebrow/hair will give you the result you're looking for, and if a surgery is worth the results and cost. Non-surgical approaches to help with asymmetry is Botox to even the eyebrows and filler as well.

If you are considering a cosmetic surgery it would be in your interest to see a doctor for an examination to make sure you would be a candidate. Surgery (no matter how perfect) will not give you exact symmetry. It may look better but it will not be the exact mirror image.

Eyebrow transplantation can help you achieve, or at least get close, to your goal. Make sure your hair loss is not due to alopecia areata, diagnosed by a dermatologist of your choice. Alopecia areata could be made worse by a hair transplant procedure. Also make sure the hair loss is not caused by medical conditions, like thyroid problems, that could improve after medical treatment by your internal medicine or family doctor. Eyebrow transplantation might require more than one procedure to achieve your goal. Also remember it requires frequent trimming and shaping by yourself after the transplants grow. The transplants start to grow around 3 months after the procedure, and the full result takes about 8-12 months.

From the supplied pics it looks as though you have had loss in your left eyebrow that may be a small patch of alopecia areata. See your dermatologist first to ensure that isn't the case because if it is, this hair can often be regrown without the need for transplantation.
