What they mean by a 2 day FUE is, I hope, harvesting around half of the grafts and implanting them the first day, and then harvesting the other half of the grafts and implanting those the same, second day. Grafts should be implanted the same day, hopefully before 6 hours, so they remain viable while kept cold. I recommend to keep FUE procedures below 2600 grafts and then plan a second FUE after around 12 months, after full growth, to reevaluate both the recipient and donor areas, as well as the patient's expectations and goals. FUE single procedures of around 3000 grafts increase the chance of negatively affecting the appearance of the donor area and also the quality of the grafts, especially if they were harvested from the margins of the safe donor zone. A FUT (strip technique) is a safer option.

The best time to evaluate the hair transplant is after full growth, around 12 months after the procedure. But at this stage that you present, more photos are needed, including with face, front, side, 3/4 views, top, 3/4 front-top, etc. It seems the grafts were placed to recreate and strengthen the hairline as the goal. If that was the goal as decided by your surgeon and you, then the placement seems satisfactory, based on the limited photos provided. Make sure you follow up closely with your surgeon if you have any concerns.

Make sure you have an evaluation by a well qualified hair transplant surgeon to see if you are a candidate for transplant, but based on your pictures, if you have no contraindications, and you have realistic expectations, you could benefit greatly from hair transplantation, complemented with hairloss prevention treatments, like Finasteride and/or Minoxidil, Low Level Laser, and PRP treatments.

In general terms, yes, it is recommended to again restart taking Finasteride, and if possible, also use Minoxidil. They complement each other. Be sure you get evaluated to make sure your hairloss is not caused by other causes that require a different treatment (for example, thyroid problems, or alopecia areata, etc). You have a good chance of seeing improvement, but be patient and consistent, visible results might take 9-12 months of daily use to be seen. Also, check out PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma), a procedure involving scalp injections, usually under local anesthesia, of your own platelets, in high concentration, to stimulate new hair growth, with increased hair thickness and decreased loss. It is your own plasma and platelets, so has no reactions/side effects, and requires minimal or no down time. 

It all depends on your goals and expectations. A face to face evaluation is best, but based on your photos, you could be a candidate for FUT (strip) procedure, to improve the hairline and front/top areas. Trying to cover the whole pattern might result in too light a coverage, and a "diffuse balding look". Adding PRP to the transplant procedure might improve the overall results. Depending on your hair density in the donor zone, you could consider having a second procedure in 1 year to improve coverage in the top/back and crown. Again it all depends on your goals and on realistic expectations.
