I accidentally knocked my breast incision wound and it bled a little

I had a breast enlargement 12 days ago and today my dog accidentally jumped on me. My incision wounds are under my breast and it hurt a lot so I checked on the wound and I could see through the steristrip that there was a darker patch where there was a little blood. My wound feels very strange now and the side of my breast feels a lot more tender. I did check under the steristrip as well and the wound wasn't gaping open but it did look a bit crusty with blood. Is this really bad or will it be okay?
