I accidentally knocked my breast incision wound and it bled a little

Despite all of our best efforts, these things happen.  It does not sound like anything terrible, but I would contact your board certified plastic surgeon.  Let him/her know what happened.  They may want to see you.

If you have any concerns about your incisions or post operative healing, your surgeon would surely like to hear from you.

You should contact your surgeon to be evaluated to see if there is anything to be done. You may need additional stitching.

Please call your plastic surgeon ASAP, sometimes a small problem becomes a big problem when not handled quickly.  Good Luck.

I would make a trip to the plastic surgeon to be sure that the wound did not open.  One of the problems with this incision site is that if it opens, the implant becomes exposed.

Hello, the best advice is for you to make a quick appointment with your surgeon or surgeons nurse if he or she is not available tomorrow. Better to have someone check everything out as the consequences of a missed problem would be regretful.

A patient of mine has had this type of experience and resulted in a wound. I agree with the surgeon below and see your surgeon. 

this things can occur after surgery , you should call your doctor and let him know about the accident, he will probably tell you to go to his office for a physical examination, Good Luck!

The fear of any trauma after surgery is hematoma (or bleeding inside the wound).  Some important questions to answer are:1.  Is the bleeding persistent?2.  Are you noticing enlargement or increase pain of the breast?3.  Are these symptoms stable or getting worse?Although a small amount of drainage from the incisions can happen, bleeding this far from surgery, and especially after trauma warrant a call to your plastic surgeon.
