Is there a danger in having dilated blood vessels in breasts after BA? (Photo)

My veins in my breast can be seen and are big . Is this due to skin stretching ? Poor circulation ? Is there anything I should be worried about ? I been wearing a thong bra , could it be cutting off circulation ? I'm post 3 months and wearing Thing bra for tenting.
