It does not sound like a good idea to have such extensive surgery while being awake.  The fear of not waking up is not reasonable when compared to the experience of having a breast lift/implant while awake.

Hi.  Since you have a petite frame with a 32 band size, I suspect that a 450 cc implant will take you larger than a small D.  I suspect you'll be closer to a full 32 D or 32 DD.All the best,
