Hard to know given the lack of information you have given. If you have new implants, don't wear your bra to allow the weight of the implants to stretch the lower pole skin. Ask your plastic surgeon about pushing the top of the breast down to stretch the lower pole skin. If you have very new implants placed under the muscle, muscle swelling is a large part of why they look high and this will resolve all on its own over time. Good luck.
