What is this indent between my boobs?

I Just Got A breast augmentation, saline completely submuscular. I had my surgery 4 days ago and as the bruising is going down I'm really starting to notice an indentation in both my breasts, right in the middle where the breast bone is. I'm still very swollen, but what is this? Will it go away with more time?
