Hi. I'm only 20 years old but I've HATED my nose since before I can even remember... I even subconsciously cover it with my hand when talking to people. It really gets me down and I don't know how many times I look at it in the mirror each day..:( I just want to know what type of procedure that I would need or would have to have? And the rough price? (I would love a nose similar to Emma Watson) oh, and I've never had anything done before...Thanks a lot :)

Answer: Rhinoplasty I believe that your concern is likely related to the shape of the tip of your nose. Technically speaking, the shape of the tip of your nose is called a trapezoid deformity. This gives a boxy appearance to the tip of your nose. An experienced rhinoplasty surgeon could appropriately shape the tip of your nose so that it balances the remainder of your face. Of note, it is essential to understand that you do have very thin skin and that any irregularities of the cartilage from surgical maneuvers will be highly visible. I would highly recommend you seek out a well-trained rhinoplasty surgeon with significant experience.

Answer: Rhinoplasty to turn down the nose A rhinoplasty procedure can accomplish narrowing of the bulbous tip and turning it downwards. This will be accomplished with suture techniques and conservative cartilage removal applied to the nasal tip. A small cartilage graft placed in the supratip area of the nose can also help de-rotate the nose in addition to reduction of the hanging columella. Rhinoplasty is a difficult endeavor, so choose your surgeon very wisely based on extensive experience

Answer: Decision for rhinoplasty Hi there,Thank you for sharing your pictures and questions. My best advice is to have a consultation in person with a rhinoplasty surgeon. I think you could get the results you are looking for with refinement of the nasal tip. Tip refinement can make the tip point slightly lower and also make the tip less round and blend in with your face more. You have a beautiful face with great facial structure. If you have thought about it for a long time, go for it!As for prices, everyone is a little different, but you can check an average of cost in this website.Good luck

Answer: Upturned nose I don't think that the nose is upturned, beyond normal. What you do have is a bulbous tip that accentuates the tip projection, and on front view, looks like a big ball.A tip plasty is a limited procedure and should be seriously considered before you find some one to change your nasolabial angle.
