I recommend that my patients keep the inside edges of the nostrils and any stitches clean by using acotton swab saturated with hydrogen peroxide followed by a thin coating ofanti-bacterial ointment.This will helpprevent crust from forming. You will not hurt anything inside your nose as long as youare gentle. (You can stop this after 3-4 days.)
The best person to answer this question is your surgeon, check your concerns with her/him. I do recommend my patients to use a small amount of an antibiotic ointment to keep it clean and that also helps with the dry blood on the incision, it makes it fall off easier.
The best way to clean your external incision is to use a cotton swab you normally use in your ears. Put a few drops of peroxide in it and touch your incisions without rubbing it. You can also use some antibiotic ointment once or twice daily after cleaning it.

It does depend on what type of sutures are used, but in general, you should gently clean around the incisions with peroxide once a day and place antibiotic ointment two times a day until instructed to change by your doctor. I usually switch to aquaphor around day 10. Good luck!
