Will having V Beam / laser peel / CO2 laser type treatments 4 months after a rhinoplasty prevent swelling from the rhinoplasty to subside?

Most likely, it will prolong whatever swelling you may still have 4 months after your original operation.

Depending on the type and strength of the laser treatment you undergo, there may be some additional swelling to the nose, in addition to any lingering nasal swelling that is still present. This will not prevent swelling from going away--it will eventually subside. Good luck!
