I’m a 32-year-old man. 180cm; 77.5 kg/170.85 lbs. and 23.9 BMI. I’ve been on a calorie deficit while lifting weights for 8 months, losing 35 pounds (I’m not in a hurry) and want to lose more, before bulking up to get in shape. I hate my butt. Whenever I sit, I can feel my hip bone. I want it to just look bigger, however, I don’t want it to look fake. I want to look like whoever may give me the most realistic expectations of the provided examples. Am I good or should I lose more weight?

Answer: BBL candidate Dear Heavy905, based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: 32-year-old, 180cm/170.85 lbs. Am I a good candidate for a male BBL? (Photos) In almost all but the thinnest patients I can transfer at least 1200 cc per buttock and usually 1500 cc per buttock. The greater the muscularity of the glutes the more highly vascularized tissue there is around the fat grafts. As long as you maintain the same amount of body fat after the surgery, the buttock will remain improved long term. You need to consult with a board-certified PS who can evaluate the fat stores available for transfer to the buttocks.
