I have a double crease on both butt cheeks. I have lost all the weight I wanted but now I don't like the shape of my butt. I have been doing glute exercises for 14 months. What surgery would be recommended at this stage?

Answer: Double butt crease All butt creases can be somewhat improved with fat transfer. The excercizes you are trying may be a part of the problem, not its solution. Creasing happened when the volume of the butt is less than the surface of the butt. See a board certified plastic surgeon who has done a ton of brazillian butt lifts, operates at a certified facility and has fixed a butt crease. Don't be shay to ask questions like; "how many have you done last year", and "may I speak to a patient who had creases you fixed". Don't settle for vague or elusive answers, no one forgets how many butts they did last year. Good luck and please keep your expectations reasonable and you will be happy with the improvement you will get.

Answer: Double buttock crease A double buttock crease can occur with liposuction or naturally. It is very difficult to correct. It may be due to lax skin as well.
