I had fat grafting last January. Fat was transferred to my cheeks as my plastic surgeon and doctors on realself recommended. My plastic surgeon did not transfer fat to the lower eye lid area as he said it is dangerous. He also said that the ( tear trough) will improve as the cheeks are filled. But here I am after 3 months from the surgery date , the cheek area has improved to some extent , but the dark circles are much much worse than before.I look much better without as you can see :( , please help!
