I just had my second (and hopefully successful) rhinoplasty and I am so in love with my nose. It is so much smaller and straighter, but the issue is now my mouth looks so different. I am already planning on getting a chin implant or sliding genioplasty when I can afford it, but is there anything I can do about how small my actual mouth is? Or the amount of skin between my nose to upper lip? Lip injections seem like an expensive thing to maintain. Thanks! :)
