Im 26 ,I hate my long philtrum if i do a lip left can iclose my lips right ? Without chin wrinkle Or tighness? I wish to only take off just some skin , i can do it outside my country but afraid i cant close my mouth right

The average length of space between the nose and the vermilion border of the upper lip for women usually ranges from 1.0-1.2 cm. If you measure the distance and determine a lip lift might help you achieve the results you are after, speak to a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and express your concerns.
A properly performed lip lift will not affect you closing your mouth. Patients typically return to work 3 or 4 days after surgery, but be aware that you will still be swollen and your mouth will likely feel tight for the first few weeks.

Dear dustygirlhere~Thanks for your question.  A well-designed lip lift procedure should not affect your ability to close your mouth. In the initial healing period, the lips and lower face are very swollen, which can cause tightness and difficulty closing the mouth.
