Hello and thank you for your question.  Yes you look like a great candidate for Voluma.  I usually recommend at least 3 syringes for facial sculpting initially.  It is always best to come in 2 to 3 weeks later for a follow up and add more at that point rather than filling too much all at once.

This will depend on your desired results. Symmetry and volume of the face can be improved with well-placed fillers like Voluma or Radiesse, Bellafill and Sculptra. Fat or implants are alternatives.  I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Any filler needs to be used very conservatively in patients with full faces. But they can be done and look great, as long as you see an expert physician injector. Please consult a board certified aesthetic dermatologist for a consultation.

Hi. Yes, you look like a great candidate for Volume both in the chin and on the cheekbone. I would plan on 3 syringes total however, depending on your goals you may need more. Volume placed in the chin will help shape and define the area. In addition you could consider Kybella injections under the chin to reduce the fatty tissue which will also help sculpt the face. You have nice fullness of the mid and lower cheeks so I would recommend Voluma placed high along the cheekbone to subtly lift and define the cheekbone. This will in no way make your face look round in fact it will actually help create the illusion of a more sculpted face. Hope this information was helpful and good luck with treatment!
