Voluma is an excellent filler to enhance your chin structure and lift your cheeks. I recommend starting with 3 syringes for both cheeks and chin. To further sharpen your chin profile, you might also consider treatment with Kybella. Good luck!
If you’re looking to replace lost volume, then Voluma could be an excellent choice, no matter what your facial shape. However, the photo you provided doesn’t give much information and you didn’t state what improvements you want. Your question actually points to the importance of in-person consultations with a board-certified dermatologist. We determine the best therapies based on in-depth, face-to-face evaluations and learning deeply about what concerns you. Your facial type, skin quality, and degree of sagging will all factor into the final decisions to bring you the most beautiful and flattering improvements.
Yes, Voluma is a good choice for improving volume in these areas. Sculptra is another great choice for the chin. It will take 1-2 weeks for final results with Voluma. Hope this helps.
Hello and thank you for your question. Yes you look like a great candidate for Voluma. I usually recommend at least 3 syringes for facial sculpting initially. It is always best to come in 2 to 3 weeks later for a follow up and add more at that point rather than filling too much all at once.
Amount and location will depend upon your area of concern and final outcome desire. Best is to have a consultation so this all can be discussed in person. Thanks!
This will depend on your desired results. Symmetry and volume of the face can be improved with well-placed fillers like Voluma or Radiesse, Bellafill and Sculptra. Fat or implants are alternatives. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer
Any filler needs to be used very conservatively in patients with full faces. But they can be done and look great, as long as you see an expert physician injector. Please consult a board certified aesthetic dermatologist for a consultation.
Thank you for your photo. Voluma could be a good option for you. It is a hyaluronic acid which is a moisturizer found naturally in your body and works by replenishing the natural moisture in your skin restoring structure, volume and softer contours to the face. For more information, it is best to get a in person consultation with a board-certified dermatologist.
Hi. Yes, you look like a great candidate for Volume both in the chin and on the cheekbone. I would plan on 3 syringes total however, depending on your goals you may need more. Volume placed in the chin will help shape and define the area. In addition you could consider Kybella injections under the chin to reduce the fatty tissue which will also help sculpt the face. You have nice fullness of the mid and lower cheeks so I would recommend Voluma placed high along the cheekbone to subtly lift and define the cheekbone. This will in no way make your face look round in fact it will actually help create the illusion of a more sculpted face. Hope this information was helpful and good luck with treatment!
I would recommend an in-person consult with an experienced injector. They can address your concerns, desired outcome, and do a facial assessment to determine what is the best treatment for you.
You have beautiful high cheekbones but need some volume replaced in the depression that extends from the inner corner of the eye downwards. I guess this would be “the Apple” portion but I avoid that round shape as it is less natural in appearance. I try to achieve a sweep up connecting to your h...
Thank you for your question and photos. If it is not very painful or expanding, you should be okay to wait. Often there may be irregularities early on. Ice can also be helpful in the early period. Many times it is possible to manipulate the injectable and smooth it out. Please make your ...
The wonderful thing about hyaluronic-acid based fillers like Voluma is that if you want to add more, you can. It’s best to be a bit conservative when first using fillers, so your injector made the right choice to take the slow approach. However, you are quite youthful and beautiful looking al...
