Hello and thank you for your question. Thebest advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation. With thatbeing said, based on your photographs, you do appear to have tuberous breasts. You are a great candidate for a breast augmentation with release of lower pole constriction bands. The size, profile, and shape ofthe implant is based on your desired breast size/shape, your chest wallmeasurements, and soft tissue quality. This decision shouldbe based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both youand your surgeon. Make sure you specifically lookat before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgeryperformed by your surgeon and evaluate their results. The mostimportant aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommendthat you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon whocan evaluate you in person.Best wishes and good luck.Richard G. Reish, M.D.Harvard-trained plastic surgeon
No, you do not have tuberous breasts. I think you would benefit from a breast implant and not from Noogleberry. The implant selection should be based on a combination of your desired size, soft tissue dynamics, breast base diameter and skin elasticity. I recommend an in-office examination as well as a detailed discussion with a surgeon who you are comfortable with. Finally, make sure your surgeon is a Double-Board Certified Plastic Surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery (ASPS) and the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS).Best,Dr. DesaiBeverly Hills Institute for Aesthetic Plastic SurgeryHarvard Educated, Beverly Hills & Miami Beach Trained, Double-Board Certified Plastic Surgeon
Hi there, Thank you for your question. It does not appear as though you have tubular breasts, your breasts do however appear to be constricted. You may benefit from a breast augmentation. Speak with a plastic surgeon to discuss potential options. Best, realdrsix
The short answer is yes, to a degree. Though certainly not the worse case I have seen.Breast augmentation surgery with a moderate to moderate plus sized implant will correct this and should give you great looking breasts.Best of luck.
You do not appear to have classic tubular breasts but like the others suggested I think you would have an excellent result with an implant. If you wish to have your breasts enhanced I do not believe the noogleberry will do it for you. Seek in person consultations with board certified plastic surgeons for more information. Best of luck to you
Thank you for reaching out and posting photos. It does not seem that you have tubular breasts, but from your photos, it looks like you would be a great candidate for a breast augmentation. Visit a few experienced board certified surgeons for in person consultations. Best of luck! Dr. Kim
as you lack the constricted base and protruding large areola... but your fold is high and your fold nipple distance short so your fold will be lowered and you could have a double bubble from this but the overall appearances from an augmentation would outweigh any deficiencies.
I just googled noogleberry and it's a breast pump! I don't know much about it, but I've seen lots of Brava patients over the years and it has never produced significant long term results. Nuf said. You have constricted breast, where your breast tissue never really made it to the bottom half of your breast. Try a fat transfer or breast augmentation, that will work much better.
You don't seem to have a true tubular breast deformity as that is usually associated with a constricted lower pole (which you do have) and the herniation of the breast tissue over that constriction (which you don't have), usually associated with large nipples at the end of a tube shaped breast. That said you do have an outstanding opportunity for breast enhancement if that is something you would like. Similar to a tubular breast, you will need release of the constrictive tissue of the lower breast which often involves radial release on the inside of the breast tissue, and it will be important to use appropriate implants. Your current breast enhancement technique is not likely to yield significant results and I would recommend visiting with a Board Certified plastic surgeon for a consultation.
Based solely on your photos, I don't think that you have tuberous breasts. If you are wanting to improve the appearance of your breasts, however, a breast augmentation would be the way to go. Schedule an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss.
As you are two years post op it is unlikely that pole dancing or any strenuous activity will affect your implants. As your implants are placed under the muscle you will notice the breast move every time you contract your chest muscles. However this movement will not cause displacement...
Hematoma after breast augmentation should be an uncommon event. It does happen on occasion. As long as the accumulated blood is removed, it should not change your outcome. Leaving accumulated blood in the pocket can increase risk of infection an capsular contracture....
It is very difficult without seeing you in person to know if the implant sizes you mentioned are appropriate for you. Keep in mind that the difference between 370 cc and 400 cc is minimal. Also, implant size selection depends on your unique measurements, so what may be too small for one woman ...
