Answer: Hematoma It is not unusual for the breast that had the hematoma to still be somewhat larger at this time. Please keep all your follow up visits with your surgeon and follow all your post operative instructions. You did choose large implants and it will take time for your tissues to relax and the implants settle.

Answer: Healing post hematoma The breast that had the hematoma will take longer to heal than the one that didn't so yes, this mild asymmetry is perfectly normal. It should resolve on its own with time.

Answer: Breast Asymmetry after Hematoma Hi, PrettyRacquel08. Congratlations on your breast augmentation! Looking at your photo, the amount of asymmetry you have is within normal. It is to be expected that you will have more swelling and inflammation due to the hematoma, and it will take a little extra time for the right breast to catch up with the left. Also, because of the extra inflammation, the right breast may be tighter and this will cause the implant to sit a little higher. Your tissues are thin and appear to be tight and the implants are large, which also adds more pressure. Best of luck, and I hope that you continue to heal uneventfully and have great results!

Answer: Implants and hematoma Your breasts look pretty symmetric and the one with the previous hematoma will likely have some more swelling than the one that did not.
