I am 5'10 155lb with an athletic build. Currently, my breasts look like this, and I really want to change the shape so that they appear more round and developed. However, I want to keep them small as I really prefer the look of small boobs. I also want my nipple to be more centered instead of pointing down. I'm considering a donut lift with a small implant- would you recommend this? Also, does it appear that I have lower pole constriction that needs releasing? I've attached current and goal pics

Answer: Small, pointy boobs- Want to fix shape without adding much size. Donut lift w/implants? Constructed lower pole release?
You did not post photos, so I cannot be specific. I would suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon, being examined, and discussing your options.
You need the lift, or you still will have sagging breasts. Either size implants should work for you, but measurements are needed to be certain. There is not much difference between the two, so go with the bigger size.
Implants do no lifting and only give volume and size. A breast lift is needed when the nipple and areola are at a level beneath the crease or fold under your breast. This appears to be the case in the picture you posted. Ask your surgeon if they use the published I.D.E.A.L breast lift approach. ...
