I have boobs that never had a round shape. They are like cone shape and droopy which is really hitting my self confidence as a 21 year old woman who hasn't had a kid. I love to wear tang tops and t shirts since I live in a hot place but I always have to have a bra because I'm embarrassed of the shape of my boobs. I was looking into getting a breast augmentation and a lift to correct it but I was wondering if that would help at all.

Answer: Modified Benelli or Bellesoma Lift Unfortunately, you have not provided photographs or told us your bra size. However, there are several different ways to correct this. Depending on the degree of the abnormality it is possible to use a circumareola incision (modified Benelli lift), which will correct the shape, position and will allow implant placement. The Bellesoma Method is the other alternative for more extensive drooping of the breasts. This will reshape your breast tissue crating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Either of these procedures can be combined with fat transfer or small implants, if desired.

Answer: Breast lift with implants? It is very hard to give an opinion without seeing you in person or at least photos. However, from your description it is likely that a breast lift and possibly implants would greatly improve your situation. Consult with a plastic surgeon who does a lot of breast lift work.
