I workout a lot and have very little body fat. I have noticed my temples look very sunken in. Which filler would be best for my temples? Is Restylane Defyne thick enough? I have read that Voluma can look lumpy in people who are thin.

Answer: TEMPLE HALLOW Hollow temples are the most commonly overlooked area. As we age subcutaneous tissue is lost leaving a “skeletal-like” appearance. To restore this we inject a Hyaluronic-Acid based filler known as Voluma XC. Voluma XC is indicated to treat (though not FDA approved for temples), deep volume deficiency. Typically we inject half a syringe in each temple, and have the patient return in 2 weeks if more volume is desired. Always discuss possible side-effect with your Board Certified Dermatologist or Expert Injector.

Answer: Restylane or Voluma for hallow temples We personally use Voluma in the temples and have been very happy with that but you could use either product in that area. Both are used for the temples.
