I woke up and noticed nasolabial folds. I'm age 25. The fold on the left is bigger than the one on the right (maybe because i sleep on my left side and instead of using a pillow i use my arm?). Not sure if these are causes but i don't wash my face and dont moisturize it often. I started using retinol and i dont moisturize after it but im not sure if that matters. As i walk around public people keep staring at the nasolabial fold on the left (must be noticeable). How to remove these folds?

Answer: Treating nasolabial folds with fillers Fillers are the best treatment for nasolabial folds. I recommend a hyaluronic acid based filler like Restylane Refyne or Restylane Defyne. Since you are 25, it is important that you start using good daily skincare regimen which should include sun protection, antioxidants, peptides, and retinol.

Answer: Skincare is Essential A good quality, medical grade skincare routine will really lay the foundations for any aesthetic enhancements and also by improving the quality of the skin you will feel fresher and more youthful. Starting with a simple kit like the Obagi 360 which comes with a retinol and supplementing it with a vitamin C serum will be an easy system to start with. Your nose to mouth grooves are not deep but they can be improved with a little dermal filler. I would personally use a cannula technique to give a smooth and atraumatic result.
