Unfortunately she is suffering a complication from upper blepharoplasty in my opinion. The result is not a desirable effect. It is not a result you will be happy with. She also gets a ton of fillers and undoubtedly, her pictures are photoshopped before being released. That said, the complication she has is post upper blepharoplasty ptosis or eyelid heaviness. The issue is worse on the left side and there is bilateral compensatory eyebrow elevation that is worse on the left side. She has eyelash ptosis and a poorly controlled skin on the eyelid platform. I have reached out to the Kylie people offering to fix this for her. I do not recommend trying to emulate this look. She is barely pulling this off thanks to her celebrity.
dear patient: from the photo you provided, this celebrity most probably had Hylauronic Acid Fillers in her cheekbone areas (I use Voluma to give this fullness in the upper cheekbones- to improve sagging of jowels and to improve overall look, giving the eyes a more accentuated and defined positioning) Botox in the forhead and she probably had an upper eyelid surgery to remove extra sagging skin. Hope this helps
she definitely has had a lot of fillers in her upper cheeks that is propping up the outer corner of her eye. Beyond that, it is somewhat difficult to judge as this one photo taken this year could be mid blink. She appears to possibly had an upper blepharoplasty to remove a bit of upper eyelid skin which is why you see a wider upper eyelid in the recent photo. Unfortunately, if this photo is not mid-blink, she has also developed a mild ptosis (drooping) of her upper eyelid. “Bedroom eyes” is what some call ptosis and it is not usually an aesthetic goal.
Thanks for the great question! If you look at the photos closely, here eye is more closed in the 2017 photo, making it look like there is more space there. She might have a tiny bit more space, which is something that can happen with aging. I don't think she had any type of procedure to create this look though.Best,~Dr. Sieber
