Answer: How to address dents in under eye / cheek area Thank you for your question and sharing your photo. There are several treatments available that may help reduce the appearance of under eye and cheek dents. Here are a few options: 1. Dermal Fillers: Injectable fillers, such as hyaluronic acid or collagen, can be used to fill in the hollow areas under the eyes and cheeks, reducing the appearance of dents. 2. Fat Transfer: This procedure involves removing fat from one part of your body, purifying it and transferring it to the under eye and cheek areas, providing natural-looking volume. 3. Answer: What can be done for my cheeks? Thank you for sharing your question and posting your photographs. The problem you have can be tricky to treat. Laser skin resurfacing, fillers and surgery are potential options. See an experienced Oculoplastic Surgeon for detailed evaluation and best guidance. I would even make appointments for consultation with two doctors in order to get 2 opinions. Good luck,

Answer: Malar Bags Thank you for your question. Malar Bags are extremely hard to treat. However, I would recommend consulting with a board certified facial plastic surgeon to address this concern. Fillers would be my recommendation for this specific area, and to be performed by a doctor that has a lot of expertise in this area. Best of luck, Dr. Heffernan

Answer: Malar bags So what you have are malar bags. They often run in families and can present early in life like yours have. They are actually quite a difficult thing to address. In someone of your age my first recommendation would be fillers only done by someone with a lot of experience in filling this area. Fillers here if put too superficially can look terrible and lumpy and often need to be removed soon after. There is a surgical option but I think you are a little young for that just yet. Hope that helps. Adam Goodwin
