This can be improved with placement of spreader if you elect to undergo a revision. Based on your photos, you appear to have very thin nasal skin. Thin nasal skin easily shows small irregularities after rhinoplasty surgery. If you are noticing small edges of cartilage, or perhaps a c-shaped nasal appearance, depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections may be considered for achieving a straighter and less bumpy nasal appearance. Revision rhinoplasty is more difficult than a primary rhinoplasty, therefore a full set of facial photographs from all angles are required to make a determination about how best to proceed. You appear to have a wide bony nasal bridge line, and a concave upper lateral cartilage on your left side. Copies of the operative report would be helpful to find out what was accomplished in the first procedure, in addition to knowing how much cartilage is left over on the inside of your nose for grafting purposes.
