I’m considering a revision rhinoplasty but was curious if we use rib cartilage if my nose will be hard and firm forever like my tip after a graft was inserted in it or if it will soften up over time? What are the risks of this firmness? Does it make it more suspetible to breaking in the event of a trauma?
