Revision rhinoplasty to raise height of bridge?

Question

I had a medical septorhinoplasty 10 months ago. The surgeon tried to tell me my ever so slight hump was an issue. My nose was crooked to the left. We spoke for 2 minutes then another 2 on surgery day were he asked me what he was to do. I stupidly reminded him of what he said. I had no tip work done apart from what I think is a graft on the top of the inside of my nostril. My op was funded by nhs and I don’t think I can afford a revision. My life’s been misery for the past 6-8 months.

If your issue is that you feel like your nasal bridge is too low, depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections maybe considered for permanently raising the appearance of your nasal bridge. I hope this is helpful. Sincerely, Dr Joseph

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, a revision could be performed to smooth the dorsum using a fascial dorsal onlay graft. I would definitely recommend having nasal tip deprojection performed at the same time in order to give your nose a more natural and stable result. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
