Bump both sides after revision surgery (Photo)

Question

I had a revision Rhinoplasty to get rid of the bumbs on my both nose sides but unfortunately that did not help. I am very dispointent and not able to do third surgury and it is not guranty anyway. The revision was to fix the tip as well (dropped from first surgury) but it did not go well. I had the revioin 18 months ago

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a Revision in order to address the asymmetry in the dorsal aesthteic lines that you pointed out, as well as the residual dorsal hump. You should also consider a Nasal tip deprojection in order to address the over-projected and drooping tip. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
