Had septorhinoplasty last year and hate my front view. Would it be possible to create something similar to my old nose? (Photo)

I had primary septorhinoplasty back in early July last year. I like my new profile view, but I absolutely hate my front view and wish something similiar to what I used to have. My current front view is flatter/wider, I have indentations (lines/caved in skin) on both side of the nose above the skin and my nostrils are always flaring. I miss having a thin and defined bridge and slightly full nose tip. It used to be crooked and that was my ONLY issue with my previous front view. I miss it a lot now
