I had primary septorhinoplasty back in early July last year. I like my new profile view, but I absolutely hate my front view and wish something similiar to what I used to have. My current front view is flatter/wider, I have indentations (lines/caved in skin) on both side of the nose above the skin and my nostrils are always flaring. I miss having a thin and defined bridge and slightly full nose tip. It used to be crooked and that was my ONLY issue with my previous front view. I miss it a lot now

Overall you've got an excellent result. The nose is a 3 dimensional object*, if you take a substantial bump out on the side view, it is always going to look a bit flatter and wider from front on. We might be better to ask, in your case does it now look abnormally flat or wide??...No, it 100% doesn't. Your nose is fine, time to move on my friend.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, once the swelling has completely resolved, you may benefit from a tip refining surgery to help refine your tip and placement of alar contour grafts could help alleviate the alar retraction and nostril exposure. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
