Thanks for the question, looks like they used a punch biopsy for entrance and you have an indentation. They need to be cut out and sewn to get the edges together for best results at this point

Scar tissue is the way of our body to heal a wound, unfortunately, this repair tissue lacks the properties of healthy skin and they just don´t dissapear, there are many treatments to help the healing process and the scar to be less noticeable. Your scars are very deep and I don´t think using a product will help too much in your case, the best option would be to revise the scars (remove and suture), remember that there will still be a scar but it will be just a fine line.

Thank you for your question.To be honest, laser will not change or fill in those scars. My suggestion would be to have the scars revised and sutured, that way you don’t have the holes there.
