Stem cell injections will rejuvenate the skin and improve tone/texture of the skin, but it will not give you volume nor tighten the structures underneath. One month post injection is long enough for the cells to have incorporated and would be ok to have surgery, but you have not seen the complete effect of the stem cells yet. Looking at your picture, I'm not sure you need a facelift yet as I don't see significant signs of facial aging. You might be a good candidate for non-invasive or minimally invasive procedures such as Morpheus or FaceTite. It's best to see a board certified plastic or facial surgeon to evaluate you and suggest best course of treatment for your concerns.

Stem cells are experimental at best. If you put these in 1 month ago they are either alive, in which case surgery is fine, or not alive, in which case surgery is fine.
