I was 34c after BF for 2 yrs I ended up with empty saggy breasts . I went to ps for silicon breast implants only but he insisted for me to have 2 diff. lifts Benelli (375cc) and lollipop (350cc) to achieve better results or he won’t do BA . Right after the surgery I noticed how uneven my nipples . He assure me it will improve with time. I been following instructions , still sleep upwards ,no salt, massage , not lifting my arms or weights . I am depressed i paid 9k not to have uneven breasts
Answer: 9 weeks post-op with uneven nipples after benelli and lollipop breast lift. Is this what I will end up with? Based on your pre-op photo- I would have recommended an anchor lift-Bilaterally. This technique provides the best opportunity to achieve symmetry and breast balance in this type of case. I agree that you were not a candidate for just implants alone. Using the Bilateral anchor technique - symmetry - in the right hands- could be achieved, allowing then for identical size implants to be placed. Only time will tell what the future holds. If after 6 months, you are still unhappy- I would consider Bilateral Explantation, a bilateral anchor lift and then in 3 months consider re-Augmentation .This technique - although- cumbersome - will allow you your best chance for symmetry, your best looking breasts and your ideal volume.

Answer: Revision Augmentation Mastopexy Hello,Although it could happen, it would be more likely that your nipples won't end up in the same position. Your surgeon was right to recommend a lift, but you were a great candidate for the same type of lift (a full or formal mastopexy), not a mix of lollypop and Benelli, which have such varied and individually unpredictable results: lollypop lifts tend to cause a dropped out look with high riding nipples, and Benelli lifts tend to not lift the nipple enough, flatten the breast, widen the areola, and cause pleating and thick scars. If you are not happy in 6 months, you should visit a few ABPS certified/ASAPS member surgeons who specialize in complex revision breast surgery.

Answer: Is this your final result? Thank you for your question and photos. While you are still in the very early stages of healing, and your breast will still continue to heal and change, it is extremely unlikely that the asymmetry that you are experiencing now with your areolas will resolve without additional surgical intervention. I would wait for a total of 6 months before evaluating the situation again and deciding to proceed with something additional. I wish you the best of luck.

Answer: Breast lift results Dear bl032018,I understand your concern and it is quite normal to be concerned about the outcome following a breast lift surgery. However, you are still in the very early stages of the healing process at 9 weeks post op.Your will need to be patient at this moment and follow what your surgeon has instructed you to do post operatively. At the early stage of the healing process, the tissues are still swollen. Once the swelling subsides you will be able to see the final result of your breast lift surgery.Daniel Barrett, MD Certified, American Board of Plastic Surgery Member, American Society of Plastic Surgery Member, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery

Answer: 9 weeks postop - uneven nipples after Brnelli and lollipop breast lift. Is this what I will end up with? Hello! Thank you for your question! You are still early post-procedure. Your description sounds typical at this stage and will continue to improve as the swelling subsides and the implants continue to settle into their desired position. This usually proceeds over the next several weeks as the lower pole skin/breast stretches to accommodate the implants. Follow-up closely with your surgeon for additional restrictions/instructions and the potential use of bras/garments or massage that may encourage the implant to settle appropriately. I would await final result, which typically occurs over the next couple more months as the swelling resolves and implants settle. While I do appreciate some asymmetry of the nipple, it is still a bit early for your final result to be seen. If asymmetry stil is present after final result in a couple more months, consideration for mastopexy revision and conversion to a full breast lift on both sides could be entertained. Hope that this helps! Best wishes on what already appears to be a nice result!
