I had a breast lift with silicone implants. I am 4 days post op. I had an XL front zip sports bra and I felt like it isn’t supporting enough since some of the swelling has gone. I have a L on and it feels snug, I feel more supported but I don’t want it to be too tight. It’s not uncomfortable but I have noticed more pains in my breast since wearing it. Could it be pressing too much on my breast to cause shooting pains every now and then? Or is this normal? I just don’t want to mess with healing
