In my opinion "breast vacuum" does not work or is temporary. The only way to achieve results is through surgery. Please consult a board certified plastic surgeon.
In my opinion breast vacuum does not work, so don't spend money on that. There are certain results that only surgery will achieve, but if you don't want surgery that is totally ok also. Best wishes. Consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon for best answers.
Hello Naheed,No one wants surgery if they can avoid it, but we have not really got any good non-surgical options for breast enhancement. The breast suction system is quite unwieldy and you need to use it consistently although it does produce immediate results. The problem is that the result is short-lived and so the surgeon who developed it in America (Roger Khouri) now combines it with fat grafting (so you still need a surgical procedure) to try to maintain the stretched skin envelope that is created by the suction.I don't know of any surgeons in the UK who have embraced this method and while it sounds good on paper, I find that the results of fat grafting can be subtle and may need to be repeated. For this reason, breast implants remain the mainstay technique for breast enlargement. As with anything, I would advise that you try to find a surgeon who has experience of this technique and look at some results to see if you think it might be right for you.Good luck.
