1 cm of skin was removed from my nostrils during an alarplasty. My nose looks so deformed and misshapen now. Can this be fixed?

10 months post. I asked for subtle. Why would the doctor remove a centimeter? It's too narrow now. Has 5 mm from each nostril ever been conservative? I asked for subtle and I feel like this was an extreme change to my face. He offers mental health but doesn't validate my concerns. They also harvested from my septum but I didnt have a deviated septum or a droopy tip. They created a collumellar graft. My nose was perfect before just wide. I feel so betrayed because this was nothing I had ever expected.
