Isolated alarplasty for wide nostrils? (Photo)

If such is your wish an isolated alar base reduction with slight sill reduction is a good indication in your nostrils; however you may deeply consider doing something else on your nose, I know price is a factor to seriously consider but you would be very happy with dorsum shaving of the bump and achieven are better tip.Give it a think.If you wish better grounded opinion well lit, focused and standard images have to be assessed: frontal, both lateral and both oblique views, also underneath the nostrils.

Hello and thank you for your question. In addition to alarplasty, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty. Your surgeon can
accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your
lower nose.  Make
sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients
who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and not just a computer
animation system. The most important aspect is to find a
surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation with a
qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

hi, it is possible to narrow the nostrils by removing a small wedge of each nostril from the base.  this is often done in conjunction with rhinoplasty but it can be done as a procedure on its own and no reason why it might affect the tip of the nose.
looking at your pics, the proportion of nostrils is good and nice so i wouldn’t feel that alarplasty was an op you need to have.
