I’ve been insecure about my nose for a long time and it’s mainly because of my nostrils. I don’t feel the need to change anything else about my nose other than reducing the size the nostrils and I read that alarplasty is generally cheaper than rhinoplasty. But will I be able to get the desired nose with just the alarplasty? Or would I have to adjust my tip afterwards as well and how much would the cost be for the tip adjustment (alongside alarplasty). I haven’t talked to any surgeon personally.

Dear Realself user,
In your case you would need a surgery to change your defirmities.I would perform the surgery with closed and atraumatic techniques due to minimize edema, maximize healing and prevent tissue damage.
